Patient Access allows patients to request repeat prescriptions 24 hours a day without contacting the surgery.
If you would like to use our on-line repeat prescription system, you will need to register with us first. You can collect a registration form at reception.
Please note that you will be required to show some form of identification before your details can be released (proof of photo identification required – Passport, Driver’s Licence, National ID or Employee ID).
After you have received your registration letter you will be able to access the Patient Access system.

We will accept prescription requests over the telephone to prevent you having to attend the surgery, however these will still take 48 hours minimum to process. Also if you have a nominated pharmacy your medications will be sent directly to this pharmacy.
If you do not have a nomination we will be nominating the pharmacy nearest your registered home address and will be sending your prescription electronically to them. You will receive a text message advising you of which pharmacy this is. So please advise reception if you have a preference.
PLEASE NOTE – You will only need to register once; this will give you access to both the online appointments and the repeat prescription services.
